Where a reader asks to be put in touch, the enquiry goes to an attorney in good standing or to a recognised organisation, and to nobody else.

This site sells no placement and no ranking. Every entry is an unclaimed public-register record reproduced as the Department of Justice published it, in the roster's own order, and there is no position to buy. Where an enquiry is passed to an adviser it is a flat fee for the introduction, the same for everybody, never a share of a fee and never contingent on the matter.

Questions pros ask

Can we pay to appear higher?

No. There is no ranking on this site to be higher in. States and cities list in the roster's own order and a paid position would make the register a directory of who paid, which is the one thing it must never be.

Who sees an enquiry?

An enquiry sent through this site reaches a person here first. Nothing is forwarded automatically, nothing is sold on outcome, and no enquiry is passed to anybody who is not an attorney or a recognised organisation.

How often is the register refreshed?

Whenever EOIR publishes a new roster, which it does irregularly. Every page states the date of the roster it was built from, so a reader can see how old the entry is.
