Immigration Adviser Finder is operated by Joseph Ellul. This page explains what happens to information submitted on this site.

What we collect and why

If you send an enquiry we keep what you typed into it: your name, your contact details, where you are and what you told us about your situation. Nothing else is collected. There is no account, no newsletter and no advertising profile, and the pages themselves set no tracking cookie.

Legal basis and sharing

An enquiry is passed only to an attorney or to an organisation the Department of Justice recognises, and only where you asked us to. It is never sold, never passed to a marketing list, and never shared with an immigration enforcement agency. The register entries themselves are public records and contain nothing personal beyond the office telephone number the roster publishes.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Aggregate statistics that identify nobody are kept indefinitely.

This site uses cookieless, aggregate analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner needed.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time: enquiries@immigrationadviserfinder.com. We respond within one month.
